Shanghai Xinpeng Co.,Ltd is a manufacturer of Rule Die Steel & Die Cutting Rule which founded in 1996. We produce Rule Die Steel for leather and fabric cutting; Die cutting Rule for package industry. We use high-grade steel materials to manufacture high-quality steel stripes and knives.

Our products is put through an integrated heat treatment system, fully automatic, high precision laser measuring and aligning, computer controlled integrated blade forming system to assure the best quality and performance.
